Frühstük war standard, Abendessen war ok, aber nicht mehr. Vorspeisen und Salate und Pasta war gut, Hauptgerichte eher nicht gut

Mehr Unterhaltung evtl. Live musik etc. Zumindest am wochenende wäre angebracht, keinerlei Animation etc

„Nie wieder!

Positiv hervorzuheben ist allerdings, dass unser Zimmer sehr sauber war und die Aussicht vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer wirklich charmant war.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Personal war nicht immer freundlich, insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Halbpension lohnt sich absolut nicht. Wir durften lediglich aus einer sehr begrenzten Liste an Gerichten auswählen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: kalte Eier, keine frischen Früchte und generell eine sehr kleine, wenig ansprechende Auswahl. Die Gestaltung des Hotels ist zudem sehr altmodisch und es gibt kaum ausländische Touristen – kaum jemand spricht vernünftig Englisch. Besonders unzufrieden war ich mit dem Service an der Rezeption. Nachdem ich beim Check-in den gesamten Betrag bezahlt hatte, wollte die Dame beim Check-out erneut die Bezahlung verlangen. Obwohl ich ihr den Zahlungsbeleg zeigte, war sie unfreundlich und sagte nur „wait, wait“ ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass wir unseren viel zu kleinen Tisch für drei Personen nicht austauschen durften. Es fühlte sich fast an, als wären wir in einem Gefängnis. Wir durften keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer haben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, und ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

„Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, von den Kleinigkeiten abgesehen ist das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt

Das Essen war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei. Lage TOP. Zimmereinrichtung veraltet aber es war immer top sauber, was mir am wichtigsten ist.

Der einzige Süßwasserpool was leider nicht sehr ansprechend.

Sehr gut

Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Perfekter Blick übers Meer. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Halbpensionsessen war gut aber etwas lieblos und ohne Raffinesse.

Atmosphere im Speisesaal ist hektisch und laut. Wenn Thermenhotel dann bitte Bademäntel und Handtücher im Zimmer kostenlos anbieten. Handtuch kostet 3 Euro am Tag.

No thrills and slightly over priced. Good views of citara

Location was ok, had some good views of citara beach, large balcony.

Small dated room, not a smart tv as mentioned when booking, have to buy a swim cap to wear while going in the pool. Quite misleading and is quite far from forio. Seem to cater a lot more for other European nationalities as opposed to English typically.

first time in this hotel ,but not the first in ISCHIA .,for us excellence price, will go again

when full this hotel facilities except the swimming pools would be unpleasant,but the food ,we had both breakfast and dinner was 9/10 for me the bar around the pool including the staff was10/10.

maybe the language from italian to english prevent a better outcome when we had the hair dryer in the bathroom of all places, blow when it was used ,so bad it blow all the fues both in our room and the whole landing ,I could go on .but I did burn my left hand and arm.

Good food, staff in restaurant is very kind, very clean rooms and pools, nice view over Citara bay, shuttle bus to beach

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you need to go down to Citara beach to buy something in market and city center is a little bit far from hotel (to go by walk)

The location is perfect, the beach Citara is amazing. We liked a food a lot, a member of the waiter staff, Mr. Landi is very pleasant, friendly and charming, and made our stay very welcoming:)

We expected more in terms of facilities and accomodation for a 4star hotel. Also, it can be a little bit challenging if you don't speak Italian:)

It was great! My mom and I loved the stay.

Location, service, staff. Everyone is super polite, gentle and caring. Special thanks to Maria for being very organised and helpful, Igor is very friendly and there is a waiter (don’t know the name) who is very very lovely and funny.

Food, however the range was good enough. Breakfasts are good.
